Candle Safety Instruction:

We recommend burning your candle for approximately 3 hours at a time. Trim wick between uses. Never leave a candle burning unattended or within reach of drafts, pets, or small children. Never use a candle as a nightlight. Candle vessels will be hot after burning, so allow the wax to cool completely before handling. Use a snuffer to extinguish a candle. It’s the safest way to prevent hot wax splatters.

Never extinguish candles with water. The water can cause the hot wax to splatter and might cause a glass container to break. Make sure a candle is completely extinguished and the wick is no longer glowing before leaving the room. Failure to follow candle safety rules could result in fire hazards, damage and serious injury.
