Processing & Fulfillment
Ritual Dispatch is fulfilled once each month following our monthly subscription window.
Each Dispatch is thoughtfully assembled, quality checked, and packaged with care before shipment. Because every release is produced in limited quantities, fulfillment follows a consistent monthly production schedule.
Shipping Schedule
Orders are typically shipped during the final week of each month.
Once your Dispatch has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Delivery times will vary depending on your shipping destination and carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.
Domestic and international shipping options are available. Final shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed before completing your purchase.
International Shipping
Mystic Asé proudly ships to customers around the world.
International orders follow the same monthly fulfillment schedule as domestic orders and are shipped during our regular fulfillment period.
Please note that international delivery times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees required by their country.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order or before your membership renews.
Mystic Asé is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your Dispatch arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
We'll gladly work with you to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement whenever inventory is available.
