Memberships renew automatically on the 1st of each month.
Your renewal reserves your copy of the next Ritual Dispatch before production begins.
Refunds
Because every Ritual Dispatch is thoughtfully produced in limited quantities specifically for our community, membership payments and individual Dispatch purchases are non-refundable once payment has been processed.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us and we'll always do our best to help.

We understand that every journey unfolds differently.
If you ever need to pause or cancel your membership, you're always welcome to do so before your next renewal. Our intention has never been to rush you into collecting Ritual Dispatch—we simply hope each Dispatch finds you at the right moment and becomes something you return to throughout different seasons of your life.
